DESCRIPTION:
This little charmer has great Seneca Lake Views. Located on the east side of Seneca Lake, the deck or the dock is a great place to enjoy those fabulous Seneca Lake sunsets. The cottage sets atop a small hill accessed by a short paved drive. It's an easy walk down the drive to the lake. The cottage features include 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower only, open kitchen/dining with sitting area, and a spacious living room. The deck can be accessed from the dining area via glass sliders or from the living room. The dock includes a deck area, great for relaxing or fishing!
